Mr. Loder's industry experience began in 1985, joining with his brother to found the recovery audit company Loder, Drew & Associates (LDA). In the mid-eighties he developed the "Ship and Debit Audit" for electronic manufactures and has served as a expert witness in legal matters regarding auditing and the semiconductor industry.

Mr. Loder has long been recognized for his leadership and innovative practices, gained from 35 years of experience in the audit recovery industry.

As President and Founder of Corporate Audit Partners (CAP), Mr. Loder is responsible for business development and the direction of the company.

Mr. Taylor has worked with Mr. Loder in the audit recovery industry for over 20 years. Prior to being associated with Corporate Audit Partners, he was a CFO/Controller of a number of manufacturing companies. He has an extensive auditing background and leads the team producing our state of the art business intelligence reporting portal.

Mr. Taylor is a Certified Fraud Examiner and fraud prevention specialist. He has spoken many times across the country regarding fraud prevention and detection.

Mr. Losiewicz has been involved in audit recovery industry since the mid 90's. He began his accounting career working for a fortune a 2000 company in New Jersey.

Mr. Losiewicz is a specialist in unclaimed property and escheatment and has recovered millions of dollars for clients. As a CPA and having a Master of Business Administration, Mr. Losiewicz is well versed in accounting systems processes and errors.
